The Tools

We all have motivators that pull us through difficult situations but sometimes forget them when they are most needed.

We take individuals through the essential 5 steps of The Foundation in manageable groups because group work is highly beneficial in this context as it helps individuals realise that there are others experiencing the same issues and can gain courage from this.
